Elaine Patterson began her career in the early ’90s, becoming a top producer at Douglas Elliman for over 20 years before joining Signature Premier Properties to help expand their Massapequa office. Her son, Daniel, grew up immersed in the business, and together they offer a powerful combination of strategic insight, exceptional service, and modern marketing.


Elaine holds multiple certifications, specializing in New Construction, Waterfront Homes, Luxury Estates, and Condos/Co-ops, while also assisting with interior design and staging. Their solution-driven approach, strong negotiation skills, and deep community involvement have earned them industry recognition and a loyal client base. Passionate about maximizing exposure for their clients and their communities, Elaine and Daniel lead with integrity, helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with confidence.

    Since entering real estate in the early 1990’s, Elaine Patterson built a reputation as one of the Leading Producers for Douglas Elliman Real Estate for 20+ years before joining Signature Premier Properties to help grow their Massapequa Office. Her Son, Daniel has grown up in the business and has now approached his 10th year in the business. Now, together they blend a high-level strategic approach with the attention to customer service that keeps clients coming back — and referring to their friends and family.


    They proudly have been recipients of many Douglas Elliman Top Producing Awards. Elaine holds designations and certifications for Commercial & Investment Real Estate, Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Relocation Specialist. Together they specialize in New Construction, Water-Front Properties, Luxury Estates, Distressed Homes, and Condos/Coops. Given Elaine’s past Design and Marketing experience, she successfully assists in New Construction interior design, as well as Home Staging. Daniel has been growing his list of accomplishments, most notably Long Island Board of Realtors “Top 20 Under 40” Young Professional Network Award. Together they can closed a sale volume of over $24mil in the past 12 months of 2024.


    While sharing similar philosophies, a strong work ethic, and always treating people fairly, Elaine and Dan have focused on both a relationship and solution-based approach to client care. With Elaine’s strong management and negotiating skill set and Daniel’s advanced knowledge of technology, social media, and marketing aspects of the business, it only follows that their client’s success is paramount. They stress the importance of not only maximizing the exposure of their clients’ residential and/or commercial properties but promoting their communities as well. They have had their properties published in regional papers, as well as assisted journalists with community real estate articles.
